Pasta Primavera-Hands on Cooking Class
Mar 6, 2010 1030 am - 130 pm. We will make all pastas by hand. Spinach Tagliatelle with Asparagus Lemon Cream, chicken Tortellini in a sweet onion white wine broth, Herbed Capellini with Shrimp and Artichokes. Limit 8 Students. Classes are designed and taught by Susie Cork, who is also the General Manager of Shaw's and a graduate of The Culinary School at Kendall College in Chicago.
